Construction of areas for relax and sports site in Municipality of Kazanlak

Short description of the project:

-          Architectural – construction works: Construction of sports site for skateboarding and sports climbing, with pavement of polished concrete, skateboarding ramps, made of metal construction, lined with plywood, made of solid wood and horizontal platforms of reinforced concrete; climbing walls - 2 pcs., with height of 9.60 m around existing walnut trees, made of scaffoldings and lining from hydrophobic plywood on concrete foundation; the area for relaxation and spectators is formed by concreted benches; parking place for 11 cars.

-          Planting: The large trees are maintained - 4 walnut trees, the relaxation and sports areas are separated and isolated from road traffic through newly designed decorative plants – soil covering bushes – 61 sq.m and bushes – 89 sq.m., decorative grass and Erica – 33 sq.m, trees – 36 pcs., grassing – 700 sq.m, seasonal flowers – 19 sq.m, hedge – 46 sq.m, grassing of the parking elements – 257 sq.m; all plants must be in containers, unless the bill of quantities states otherwise.

-          Sewage: The capturing of the surface waters is achieved through rain flow-offs - 3 pcs. and site sewage system, connected to the town sewage system.

-          Lighting: LED – 46 W luminaries are installed for the skate park, park lighting fixtures with energy saving luminescent bulbs 32 W, built-in pavement luminaries-round casing with protective armoured glass with LED – 46 W, 4 pcs. of flood lights are installed for the climbing site with LED – 46 W, park lighting fixtures with energy saving luminescent bulbs 32 W, and the required cabling network, new park distribution board for control of the park lighting, supply and installation of video monitoring cameras.
