Construction project "Parallel non-commercial road, Bella Palanka - Pirot (West)" is with approximate length of 22 km and is spit into two sections, as a relevant section of the main highway route. The design speed is 60 km/h and safe clearance limit is 9 m.

5.       25 pipe culverts, L=375m; ᴓ600, ᴓ1000, ᴓ1600, ᴓ2000, ᴓ1800

6.       12 revetment walls, L=465m

1.       Overpass, L=90m, total width: 11m

2.       1 slab-stone culvert, L=12m
