Trace registered new company in Germany

In a course of its expansion policy, “Trace Group Hold” Plc established a new company that will operate on the territory of Germany. The company was founded by partners "M Strong" Ltd and “Trace Group Hold” Plc with equal participation share of both companies in the amount of 50/50 shares. Its name is "Trace-M Invest" GmbH. The company portfolio of services and activities includes specialized construction and repair of highways, engineering structures, high-class roads and other public projects in Germany. The activities of the company will be complemented by the development of projects in the field of administrative and office buildings, and other public and private projects. During its development, the company will rely on collaboration with leading construction companies such as Zueblin, W & F and others.
