Internship and scholarship programs

Trace Group Hold" PLC has a training system to attract young professionals. It provides an opportunity to develop and achieve higher grades in their professional development.  The holding is the preferred partner of professional schools in the country and the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy - Sofia.  Students in the "Road Construction" major receive scholarships from "Trace Group Hold" PLC. The holding has contracts for internship programs with the University of Economics in Varna. Working with young people is essential for the structure's development and success. "Trace Group Hold" PLC has established a policy of admitting young specialists, which consists of:

• conducting annual meetings with students graduating construction technical schools in the country and the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy, presenting opportunities for professional development in the holding;
• each year all companies from the holding enable students from technical schools and university students from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy and the Higher School of Transport "Todor Kableshkov" to conduct their on-the-job training, taking part in the real construction process;
• encouraging young engineers and specialists to work on different sites and gain experience in a production environment;
• the holding and the company's management monitors the development of each young specialist and allows him or her to develop as a manager and hold key management positions in large infrastructure projects.
