Trace Serbian subsidiaries have merged in “Trace Serbia” JSC

Trace Serbian subsidiaries “Trace PZP Vranje” Ltd and “New Bridges” Ltd have merged in “Trace PZP Nish” Ltd, which name has been changed into “Trace Serbia” JSC.
Upon merging the share capital of “Trace Serbia” JSC has been increased by increasing the nominal value per share and amounted to RSD 969,539,255.5, distributed in 591,527 shares with a nominal value of RSD 1,639,044,303 each, such as “Trace Group Hold” Plc owns 591 526 shares and “Trace Balkans” Ltd holds 1 share.
